Entering the penultimate round of the Toyota GR Cup North America program this coming weekend, BSI Racing will enter a pair of drivers, Steven Clemons Jr. and Jordan RickSegrini, at the bumpy Sebring International Raceway. While Clemons will pilot the familiar pink #76 entry as he supports three-year-old Ely Myers, RickSegrini returns for his second event weekend of the season after making his series debut in Nashville.
“We are excited and happy to be a two-car program as we head to Florida for the second last race of the 2023 season,” explained BSI Racing’s Shea Holbrook. “Just like Nashville, two cars open up doors and options for us throughout the race weekend and provide us with an extra driver to race toward solid finishes.”
Like past race weekends, Friday will open the weekend with a pair of practice sessions while Saturday will be the home to qualifying one and the weekend’s first race. Sunday will be a carbon copy of Saturday with qualifying and the second wheel-to-wheel action as only four races remain in the 2023 season.
Finishing ninth and 12th in Nashville’s disjointed event weekend, the duo is looking for a more straightforward event this time around in Central Florida.
Holbrook continued, “Steven and Jordan provide us with a great opportunity to finish the season strong and build momentum toward the 2024 season. We have huge plans for BSI Racing and can’t wait to continue our future growth.”
